Previous experience working as a HR Manager/Head of People.
Relevant CIPD qualifications, or an HR degree.
Excellent knowledge of people management principles, practice and control procedures.

Strong understanding of GDPR and employment law.

Act as a strategic lead on all things people and culture, developing and implementing team engagement and training strategies.
Advise and support on recruitment and selection processes.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulation, supporting the business with HR related matters and employee relations.
Work closely with the business leaders to deliver effective and engaging coaching on compliance and performance management - leading processes through evaluation and demand monitoring.
Directly manage the HR and Payroll Assistant, and generate HR reports and statistics for the senior team.
Liaise with external bodies and continuously promote a positive and productive working environment, whilst striving for high levels of employee engagement.
