• Previous experience working as a HR Manager/Head of People.

• Relevant CIPD qualifications, or an HR degree.

• Excellent knowledge of people management principles, practice and control procedures.

• Passionate about team development, empowering people to achieve and flourish.

• Excellent communication across all levels, with the ability to see the bigger picture.

• Strong understanding of GDPR and employment law.

If successful, here is a sneak peek at what you'll be responsible for:

• Act as a strategic lead on all things people and culture, developing and implementing team engagement and training strategies.

• Advise and support on recruitment and selection processes.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulation, supporting the business with HR related matters and employee relations.

• Work closely with the business leaders to deliver effective and engaging coaching on compliance and performance management - leading processes through evaluation and demand monitoring.

• Directly manage the HR and Payroll Assistant, and generate HR reports and statistics for the senior team.

• Liaise with external bodies and continuously promote a positive and productive working environment, whilst striving for high levels of employee engagement.
