The Helpdesk Operators will interact with our customers and suppliers ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service, in terms of response via email or telephone.
The ideal candidate should be a fantastic communicator both verbal and written, have an excellent telephone manner and be able to conduct themselves professionally at all times.
