Summary
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a valued client to recruit for an experienced Registered Home Manager for their medium-sized nursing home in Bristol. The role will consist of working Monday to Friday with on-call expectations every other weekend.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced home manager (clinical) seeking a new challenge. The successful candidate is required to be an excellent communicator with strong experience in increasing occupancy levels, upholds “Good” CQC levels and having great exposure of managing a medium to large team.

This home is located in Bristol and is commutable from Long Ashton, Nailsea, Weston Super-Mare, Bath, Newport, Thornbury and Keynsham.
Interview Process

The interview process will be 3 stages:
Stage 1 - Internal Recruiter
Stage 2 - Regional Director
Stage 3 - Managing Director and CEO
