We're looking for an experienced Influencer Talent Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and onboard TikTok creators and talents, providing them with comprehensive information about brand partnerships and campaign expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest content trends on TikTok and guide creators in developing engaging and viral content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Proactively seek out and identify new TikTok creators with potential, inviting them to join our agency's talent roster.
  • Collaborate closely with brands to understand their requirements and goals, assisting in finding the most suitable creators for affiliate partnership campaigns.
  • Nurture relationships with influencers, ensuring their needs are met, and acting as a liaison between creators and brands.
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of TikTok influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, platform updates, and emerging influencer marketing trends on TikTok.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of Influencer Marketing experience in the UK or USA
  • Fluent in English with additional European/Mandarin language is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, particularly within the TikTok platform.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, content creation strategies, and influencer landscape.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with influencers and brands.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the digital marketing industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize influencer campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and maximize campaign success.
