Job Title: Interior Designer (full time)

Location: Redditch

This is a hybrid role. You will be required to be in the office three days a week, plus more days if you wish.

We are currently looking for an interior designer to join our creative and close-knit team on a full-time basis. Our company specialises in designing innovative and showstopping show homes that leave a lasting impression on potential buyers. We also design marketing suites and private client interiors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine design objectives and preferences.
• Develop design concepts and proposals that meet client needs and budget constraints.
• Create detailed design plans and specifications.
• Source and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and accessories that meet project requirements and design goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in interior design, ideally in show homes.
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Knowledge of current design trends and industry standards.
