Job Description

Within the AXA Partners Central Recruitment Center of Expertise, we are looking for our future IT Senior Recruiter F/H to join a team of about 20 people, for a fixed-term contract of 12 Months.

As such, you will be the recruitment expert on a global IT scope and you will support both operational staff and candidates in order to bring them the best recruitment experience.

Your main missions will be:

  • Lead the recruitment process and frame it in order to launch it in the best possible conditions in partnership with the HRBP and via our tool
  • Bring your expertise and knowledge of the market to advise the operational staff to define the desired profiles and skills according to the market
  • Define the sourcing strategy and launch direct approach actions to internal and external candidates using digital tools
  • Continuously monitor internal and external networks, especially for key expertise
  • Create, feed and animate a pool of potential candidates, both internal and external
  • Develop a high level of knowledge of internal talent within AXA Partners and the AXA Group in order to efficiently find internal candidates.
  • Conducting selection interviews and monitoring the progress of your candidate during the recruitment process
  • Finalize the hiring negotiation in relation with the candidate, the manager and the different HR expertise centers
  • Represent AXA by participating in local internal and external events.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders such as purchasing, finance, etc. regarding supplier issues.


Your Profile

  • At least 5 years experience in a related field in IT sourcing and recruitment within a dynamic international environment
  • Ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process at a high level
  • Proficiency in recruiting and hunting techniques: know how to develop the most appropriate search strategy for the positions,
  • Excellent consulting and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and time constraints, ability to execute and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communicator, able to persuade and influence decision makers.
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is imperative: understand and master the technical vocabulary in English of the field of activity to be able to select English-speaking candidates and interact with internal and external clients (minimum level B2 according to the European Language Framework),
  • Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of HRIS and social media
