A rare and exciting opportunity has become available for an IT Support Engineer to join our team at Dalton, near Thirsk.

Within this role you’ll be providing IT and technical support to all users based across the group. Whilst as part of your role will be to support all users across the group with any IT issues they may be facing internally in the office or remotely, you will primarily be supporting the business core systems (ERP, CMS, Finance) and internal development programmes.

You will be servicing requests from our helpdesk system to help get any issues resolved in a timely manner. Alongside the team you will also be involved in any IT system and software updates that need to take place across the group and making sure these are done in time with the deadline and as efficiently as possible.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have previous experience within a similar role, and experience in using and configuring windows, Microsoft office, Samsung and Apple mobile devices, tablets, and VPN.

Working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30-5:15pm and Friday 8:30-3pm.
