We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation, cleaning, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial kitchen setting, be able to work quickly and efficiently, and have excellent customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the food industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces.
  • Organise food storage areas.
  • Assist in the preparation of food items.
  • Have good knowledge of allergies, intolerances and preferences
  • Follow health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
  • Assist with dishwashing duties.
  • Ensure all food items are stored properly.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

  • Basic Food hygiene certificate (preferred)
