Job Description
The Recruitment Lead will manage the Skyborne recruitment, assessment and selection process for the US programs and inhouse requirements. The role will ensure consistency of selection standards and an uninterrupted flow of candidates according to Skyborne and partner airline requirements.
The Recruitment Lead will be a highly visible member of the Skyborne UK team, ensuring the positive promotion of the Academy, in all internal and external interactions.
- Be a single point of contact for all recruitment on a daily and weekly basis
- Create a timeline to ensure all recruitment requirements are met within timeframes and maintain a recruitment plan, clearly identifying recruitment activities and deadlines
- Ensure all assessment events have sufficient candidates and assessors
- Ensure a standard process is applied across all recruitment delivering a consistent quality candidate experience
- Ensure the ATS (SmartRecruiters) is maintained for all recruitment campaigns
- Monitor candidate responses to attraction campaigns and take action to address numbers where necessary
- Conduct assessment centres including delivering presentations, providing assessor support, and ensuring at all times that the candidates receive a positive experience
- Maintain up-to-date records for each event, and ensure appropriate communication is forwarded to each candidate
- Management of the assessor team, ensuring updates and training is continuously provided to promote a high standard of delivery
- Continuously promote Skyborne as a training venue and employer of choice
- Provide monthly MI reporting and data for all recruitment campaigns
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of legislation relating to recruitment, and development of processes to ensure compliance, whilst delivering excellent quality of service to all candidates, clients and colleagues
Qualifications
- Significant previous recruitment, selection and assessment experience across various levels and across multiple departments
- Proven experience of stakeholder management (internal and external)
- Able to work in a fast paced environment and deal with challenges promptly and efficiently
- Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work collaboratively, offering new and innovative ideas
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and accuracy ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- General knowledge of HR functions and employment laws, guidelines, and procedures
- Familiarity with recruiting and talent acquisition strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- IT literacy
- TUA and TUP Qualified
