We’re a Dorset-based company that has rapidly expanded from a small idea in 2019 to an impressive collection of established businesses.
Our first pub, the Pymore Inn on the outskirts of Bridport, opened in July of that year. This handsome Georgian building has an impressive CAMRA award-winning pub garden with an outdoor kitchen & bar. This was joined just 3 months later by a characterful village local, The Antelope Inn, Hazelbury Bryan.
In August 2020, we acquired the Elm Tree Inn, Langton Herring on the Jurassic coast near Weymouth. In under two years this has been elevated to an AA 2 rosette fine dining pub. We then added the World End, Almer - one of Dorset's oldest thatched pubs and steeped in history.
The company's offerings don't stop there as we continue to develop other business opportunities. These include vineyards, cider orchards and a working partnership with a local craft brewery, a craft ale house the Pursuit of Hoppiness and an independent wine merchant - Morrish and Banham. We also own a 400 seat 1920s cinema and theatre - The Bridport Electric Palace.
With our sights set on expanding even further into food and drink, we've started the production of our own ciders and beers.
Our farm rears Jacob lambs and we will be soon releasing English wines, made from speciality grapes grown in our beautiful vineyards a few miles outside Bridport.

As our chef de partie,
· You will have some experience and confidence in yourself and your role to run your own section, be flexible about working all areas of the kitchen and most importantly be a real team player!
· You will be able to work some evenings and weekends with a degree of flexibility.
· You must be willing to learn & create fresh, innovative dishes created using the finest locally sourced ingredients and share the drive and passion that you have in our team to ensure our overall goal of being famous for delicious food, our chefs have full control of their menus! No cooking to spec here!
· You must always have a positive can-do attitude to your work and colleagues.
· You will be the cool – calm character with the drive to stride for success!
· You should have ideally two years industry experience
