Marketing Solutions Manager - Manchester/London/Flexible

Summary

The Marketing Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing objective-driven solutions for brand partners and strategic new business partnerships, leveraging the assets and capabilities of ASM Global.

This creative individual will work closely with the commercial partnerships sales team, new business development team and corporate marketing team, to develop brand facing material including custom concept and pitch decks, sales materials, corporate presentations and other stakeholder comms activities.

This individual will also be responsible for adhering to the ASM Global brand standards and best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams through extended sales cycles on development of professional and attractive materials for the marketplace.
  • Generate compelling, relevant, and idea centric opportunities for existing and prospective new partners, in response to client briefs or new business opportunities.
  • Conduct industry, category, and brand research to support concept decks.
  • Analyse opportunities and identify inventory and proposition concepts for sales pitches.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to develop opportunities for brand integrations marketing initiatives.
  • Work with European Leadership Team on set piece corporate presentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in post-sale process, including internal stakeholder communication and transition to partnership activation or project launch.
  • Create case studies of highly successful activations for reference internally and externally.
  • Liaise with internal teammates on best practices, industry trends, new inventory opportunities and go-to-market innovative concepts.

Education and/or Experience


  • Bachelors' degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field along with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the music, entertainment, media, sports or brand marketing industry related to partnership sales.

  • Understanding of the live entertainment or sports industry from a partnership, marketing and media perspective.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking with tight deadlines.

  • Ability to remain self-motivated, always acting with integrity and in a strong ethical manner.
  • Ability to remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
