An exciting vacancy has arisen for the post of Assistant Medical Secretary / Administrator within the team at York Hospital. We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible individual, who can work effectively using their own initiative in a busy clinical environment.
The postholder will be an integral part of this small and friendly team providing administrative support to clinicians who see and treat patients in the acute and community setting. Working alongside the Respiratory Service Lead and a team of respiratory nurses, this post will provide a wide range ofadministrative and medical secretarial duties, making it a varied and interesting role.
Whilst primarily based on the main hospital site, there may be the option to work alongside the respiratory team in the community setting based at Clementhorpe Health Centre. Whilst this post is advertised as full time, flexible options would be considered across the hours the postholder would work.
