What You’ll Do
  • Work through customer concerns on our own digital platforms and ensure first-class and individual service
  • You prepare online customer appointments for our service centres to enable our customers to make contactless deliveries on site
  • Communicate with the customer via SMS, email and if necessary, by phone for where required
  • By working with Tesla support, parts service, sales and service locally, you ensure that our customers receive consistent support
  • You work closely with the workshop and the virtual team to ensure an efficient and seamless service for our customers' vehicles
  • Ensure optimal customer experience and best possible customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring

  • Willingness to learn new and innovative automotive technologies to further develop in role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines and solve problems
  • Basic understanding of automotive techniques related to vehicle repair
  • Digitally savvy – ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
  • Able to communicate, read, and write effectively in the English language, and other local languages if required
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
