About The Role

Do you enjoy meeting people and pride yourself on good customer service?

Do you want to support NHS Professionals by placing people into places to care?
Please note that this is a 'homebased' position but has a requirement for extensive travel across the South West region to visit partner sites that could include some overnight stays on a frequent basis.
A car and valid UK driving licence is preferred, but not essential as full business travel and expenses are provided.

Role summary:

We are recruiting an Onboarding Coordinator to support TUPE transferring flexible workers with onboarding to NHS Professionals. Onboarding Coordinators are responsible for carrying out initial Right to Work checks and reviewing/repairing compliance. Travelling to Client/Trust to carry out these checks face to face is mandatory for the role.
You will provide an outstanding onboarding applicant experience, handholding the applicant through the process to reduce the time it takes to book their first shifts and the number of restrictions applied to a profile, ensuring they are fully compliant (in line with Home Office and NHSP guidelines) and remain compliant throughout their time with NHSP and can access shift without delays.

Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes
  • Customer correspondence, emails, calls, webchat etc
  • Adhering to regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Meeting colleagues face to face on site and ensuring compliance processes are followed
  • Working with confidential/sensitive information
  • Keeps others updated and informed of progress
  • Can look for ways to make life easier
