Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at East Sussex Healthcare Trust based at Eastbourne Hospital. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own using their own initiative and work as part of a team.

Contacting patients verbally to agree/cancel appointments. IT skills will be needed along with good communication both written and verbal. Working autonomously and as part of a team, using ones own initiative, accuracy and attention to detail are all skills that are essential for this role. Knowledge of the PAS/Trust systems would be an advantage although training will be given.
