Madisons are currently recruiting to a Warehouse Management System Co-ordinator in Harlow (CM19) ASAP on a Permanent basis.

Details
- £31,000 per annum.
- Permanent opportunity.

- Shift pattern: Alternate week 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm
- Work is based in Harlow (CM19)

Duties
- Reporting and troubleshooting WMS and process errors in liaison with clients, suppliers and the IT and WMS support teams.
- Liaising directly with our clients and suppliers
- Stock creation and reconciliation.
- Inventory labelling.
- ASN, pick and dispatch planning and scheduling.
- Cycle count generation.
- Staff training on WMS process.
- Maintenance of staff training files.
- General warehouse operations (forklift).
- Use of inventory management systems and barcode scanners.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of Warehouse Management System.
- Effective planning and scheduling of inbound and outbound deliveries and site to site stock replenishment.
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and problem solve any issues or anomalies within the system.
-Monitor supply chain processes and technology.
