Job Description

Joining the Change Team, you will hold accountability for the safe delivery of agreed M&A integration plans and tasks into relevant work streams, in addition to working with the deal team to progress a pipeline of projects or programmes to be delivered.

  • You will coordinate multiple work stream leads and stakeholders to ensure than all integration tasks and activities are delivered to agreed cost, time, quality and scope
  • Work closely with the Deal Team, create and maintain central funnel of incoming M&A Integration Projects/Programmes into the central Portfolio Change function to ensure changes are appropriately scoped, planned, prioritised, and scheduled appropriately, considering key resources required to land change successfully.
  • Provide support to work stream Delivery Teams to ensure projects delivered by these teams are delivered to agreed cost, time, quality, scope whilst assuring benefits or synergies as defined by Sponsor. Risks, Issues, Dependencies, and key escalations are managed effectively.
  • Provide robust status reporting into Exec relating to progress of both Integration plan & task delivery and M&A Integration projects/programmes that are being delivered.
  • Lead multi-disciplined teams to ensure safe delivery of Integration change projects/programs across the business in accordance to agreed cost, time and quality measures.
  • Participate in simple but appropriate governance sessions with Executive team providing robust, efficient and meaningful reporting targeting exceptions and 'path to green' mitigation.
  • Provide support activity in other areas of Business Change Programmes

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will know how to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels as you lead multi-discipline teams. You will chair governance sessions with the Executive team to provide clear and efficient reporting, targeting exceptions and a 'path to green' mitigation.

You will have strong project management/ programme management skills and experience and will be a strategic thinker. My client are looking for someone who is confident in their approach and someone is comfortable to challenge and ask questions.

The stakeholder management piece is really important in this role and you need to have experience working across several work streams including legal, HR, Technology/IT etc.
