Job Title: Team Leader Project Executive

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Location: Shirley, Solihull

Hours: 37 hours - Monday - Friday - Hybrid (Tuesday & Friday at Home)

Description:

Our client, a well established and professional organisation within the education sector is recruiting for an experienced Team Leader with excellent project management and leadership skills to lead a team of 4, to ensure the effective administration and delivery of support to Students and Tutors.

Responsible for the line management of the services team, you will help, support and manage the team’s workload. Adept at maintaining high professional standards and providing support to the Services Manager with projects, you will possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Duties:

  • Day to day line management of the team, ensuring team members are trained and able to follow set processes.
  • Setting and measuring personal objectives based on objectives set via the Services Manager.
  • Track and review team member performance and highlight any training needs, ensuring the database is properly populated.
  • Delegating tasks and utilising the skills of the team to benefit the business.
  • Actively manage conflicting priorities within the team to ensure delivery of set responsibilities.
  • Manage the co-ordination of all qualifications to include study to graduation for all high education courses.
  • Co-ordinating tutors, moderators and material verifiers
  • Manage tutor allocation for all qualifications and manage the emergency contact rota.
  • Maintain all documented communication to students, tutors and stakeholders.
  • Resolve any escalated queries and concerns.
  • Maintain all document ISO processes to ensure they are accurately reflecting operations
  • Active involvement in projects relating to the Education department.
  • Assist with 121’s, performance reviews, appraisals and future recruitment.

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • You will be able to demonstrate past experience of leading a team and project management.
  • Leadership skills and experience - Confident in managing multiple team members.
  • Posses a proactive approach with a solution driven attitude
  • Experienced in creating processes.
  • Competent at working to strict deadlines
  • Training individuals and measuring skills and knowledge
  • Excellent data management experience with advanced levels of IT
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
