  SuccessFactors Project Manager role:
 
  
   
 The PMO is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to be assigned to the Programme to lead the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) project across EMEA with a high degree of complex change project.
   - Working within the programme and with internal project resources, System Integration Partner and Best Practice Consultants you will be responsible for the successful -
   - replacement from Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) HR and the Lotus Notes absence database with SuccessFactors Employee Central for HR and absence. 
   - Enhanced integration between Employee Central and existing SuccessFactors modules (Learning, Performance, Compensation, Recruitment, Onboarding)
   - Implementation of Workforce Analytics reporting
   - The role will include being a key stakeholder in the replication of the current interfaces from other bank systems to Oracle EBS HR to SuccessFactors Employee Central
   - Accountable for a budget in excess of £1million
   - The project is expected to run for 18months.
   - Range of number of direct reports - circa 2-6 project contractors plus management of up to 26 project workstream leads across EMEA, multiple subject matter experts and internal and external stakeholders.
   - Operates across multiple EMEA countries, these may have differing standards and so require innovative implementation solutions which adds to the complexity of the project.
   - Interfaces with C-level project sponsors and manages SteerCo/s compromised of multiple GMs. Must meet and brief C-level Sponsor on a regular basis and educate on the complexities of the change, the regulation and help influence decision making.
   - May work more than one complex change project at a time bringing added pressure due to competing regulatory deadlines and organisation priorities.
 
 
  SuccessFactors Project Manager education and experience.Education & Qualifications 
 
  
   -  The role requires the candidate to be educated to degree level
   - Industry recognised modern project management qualification such as PMP or APM essential.
   - Change Management and Programme Management qualifications desirable (such as APMG or MSP)
 
 
  Experience & Knowledge 
 
  
   -  Prior HRIS/HR Technology Experience with SAP SuccessFactors a must (ideal modules Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Reporting, Compensation and Goals/Performance).
   - Previous HR process experience.
   - Experience with migration from other systems to SF and integration to other apps/systems.
   - Strong project management and analytical skills, strong Excel and process mapping skills
   - Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities while multitasking and aligning activities.
   - good knowledge and experience of financial services, markets and banking activities and the surrounding regulatory framework especially in HR
   - ability to lead rather than manage, to set the vision for the project, gain team and organisational buy-in, anticipate and resolve conflict, motivate, negotiate and coach so that project objectives are met;
   - strong, effective communication and interpersonal skills including diplomacy in offering challenge
   - proven understanding of effective team building and team management skills.
   - practical and willing to get involved in tasks, when necessary, to ensure objectives are achieved
   - ability to work to multiple deadlines and under pressure
 
 
  Upto £720 per day, inside IR35.
