Our client is a well-established charity that looks after former armed forces personnel and raises millions via major fundraising events and donations. They are looking for a PR assistant to work as part of a wider communications and marketing team and assist in composing press releases, liaising with fundraisers, journalists and building relationships to raise awareness of the charity.
You will have ownership of the company newsletters, work on case studies and help with all types of events.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a PR assistant to truly add value to a reputable cause and build lots of exposure with internal and external stakeholders. Some PR experience is required for the role and strong written communication skills are essential.
