I am currently seeking a highly skilled QA Manager to join a Tech4Good organisation based in Wokingham. As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our quality assurance efforts for our mobile application products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet or exceed our customers' expectations and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of our products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a QA Manager role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
