We are currently working with a progressive principal contractor, specialising in construction, fit-out & refurbishment projects within the commercial and residential sectors who are looking to add another Quantity Surveyor to their growing team based in Dundee.
This is an opportunity for someone to come in and make this role their own, you will have the support of a Commercial Director with many years expertise behind them and whilst the remit of the position is detailed below, this will be a fast paced role so no two days will look the same!

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and outstanding commercial acumen to help the business drive excellence and ultimately help the business achieve their growth targets.
Previous experience in a surveying / estimating role is required as is a relevant industry qualification. It would be highly desirable for you to have some experience working for a principal contractor to date, but this is not essential.

Salary: Up to 65,000 (Depending on Experience) + Company Car/Allowance. Lead in identifying key subcontracts and undertake appropriate procurement and sourcing
The position is day time hours only starting from 8 the earliest and latest finishing time would be 18:00 - 19:00. Service charge on top of hourly rate.
Offer an assessment service to patients presenting at the emergency and paediatric departments with broad range of mental health and psychological problems, and
Working with other support staff to engage pupils in class and minimise disruption. Supporting on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.
