An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Richmond Community Drug and Alcohol Service (RCDAS), working for We Are With You alongside our consortium partners; SLaM NHS Trust, St Mungo’s and CDARS. We are recruiting for a Recovery Worker based at our Twickenham service. RCDAS provides an excellent and first-class range of drug and alcohol treatment options to residents of Richmond. Our services are busy and dynamic, with a strong recovery focus.
As a Recovery Worker you will be providing support and advice to people who are experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse. You will be working within a highly skilled and knowledgeable multi-disciplinary team who will support you in your development and your ability to deliver the best care you can to our service users.
The right person should be a self-starter, enthusiastic, motivated, caring and creative ideally with experience of working in a substance misuse environment.

The Richmond drug and alcohol service is based in Twickenham, not far from the river and the high street, and less than a ten-minute walk from Twickenham train station.
This role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level with Barred List(s). This is a permanent, full time role for 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £22,687 - £30,250 + London weighting allowance of £2759.00 per annum.
