Resourcing Coordinator
£35,000
37.5 hours
Hybrid – 2 days in the office with some travel to sites

We are looking for a driven individual to help build our hiring pipeline, support our Operations Teams by identifying the best talent across a variety of roles and locations. As our Resourcing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the Applicant Tracking System administration
  • Posting roles on job boards/social media
  • Proactively search for talent across multiple platforms
  • Liaising with General Managers to support their recruitment needs
  • Supporting with new units opening across the country
  • Conducting pre-screens/interviews
  • Supporting with arranging interviews/offer process
  • Delivering feedback both managers and candidates on interviews
  • Reviewing job description/vacancy templates and amending as required
  • Managing multiple email inboxes
  • Completing regular reports on recruitment
  • Adhock project work

As our Resourcing Coordinator, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment advisor role
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook applications
  • A proactive, helpful attitude with a genuine desire to support others
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and thrive in a busy fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with ability to produce high quality work even when busy
  • Great communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
