What You Will Be Doing?

This is a truly unique opportunity to make a huge difference in what we do and the value we provide to our clients and their brands. As one of the first hires in a newly created Field function, you will build your team from scratch. This newly created team will initially focus on ensuring our execution is perfect within Grocery and controlled convenience, they will work with the store’s leadership teams, department managers and store staff to ensure all barriers to sales are removed every visit, whilst ensuring our planograms & point of sale are in good condition, compliant and enough stock is reaching the store.


You’ll lead your team in exceeding KPIs, Coaching, Support and Performance Management to your direct reports, ensuring our values and mission is transferred into the field and beyond. You’ll inspire your team to go above & beyond for our clients and brands whilst ensuring your building a supportive, performance driven culture. You’ll have the gift of building relationships at every level, whilst being able to communicate complex strategies in a simple, clear and engaging way to ensure your taking your team on the journey with you.


  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations & leadership of a brand-new Field Team
  • This role is field based supporting our field team, working in the field 4 out of 5 days, with occasional travel to our office in Peterlee for meetings.
  • Build and lead a high performing team; living and breathing our values, whilst ensuring the team is properly mentored, coached and developed.
  • Further develop, and sustain a culture that is rich in diversity, representation and builds a pathway for Talent.
  • Working with the Head of Field to support the development of the Field strategy & vigorously execute the plan to achieve against the strategy.
  • Lead & influence our Field sales teams to always deliver high quality merchandising and compliance visits
  • Be plugged in to the trends and insights from both our customers and the licensed sector to enable continuous learnings and to drive the evolution of our business.
  • Be trading focused with strong commercially nous; continually looking for opportunities to drive profitability & efficiency and faster growth for the business.
  • Engage efficiently with cross-functional Stakeholders, to help our business thrive.
