A fantastic opportunity to join a long standing, highly regarded regional law firm who are looking for an ambitious and highly organised residential conveyancing solicitor to join their Liverpool city centre office.

Candidates for this role will have 2 years' experience within residential conveyancing, with the confidence and willingness to grow the department across residential conveyancing, whilst managing a small team of fee earners and paralegals.

In this role, you will be responsible for running residential conveyancing files from inception to completion, dealing with matters such as sales, purchases, drafting contracts and case management. You will be able to use your initiative when managing your work alongside a strong team ready to support you. Your role will revolve around using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide an excellent service to clients throughout.
