This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with Acquisition Safety & Environmental management to join the team working within the Crypto and Defensive Cyber Team.
This post requires experience in creating, reviewing, and maintaining Safety and Environmental artefacts. Specialist training is available, to maintain your professional development in the Safety and Environmental Arena.

This role may be suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post. Currently, the team is in the office for 2-3 days per week.

The Acquisition Safety and Environmental Officer will be required to undertake, develop, create and maintain Safety and Environmental Artefacts on behalf of Defence Digital Crypto Key (DDCK) and Crypto and Defensive Cyber (C&DC), including regular reviews.
Providing a true end to end safety and environmental service chain to ensure that the DDCK product lines are compliant with Health, Safety and Environmental protection Legislation and MoD Policy.
This role will support the product lines in the implementation and sustainment of the ‘Run’ function within the CK Service. The safety and Environment artefacts will include a range of High-Grade Crypt Key services developed by Joint Crypto Key Programme (JCKP) and extant CK capabilities.
