Due to the growth of the company, we are seeking a Sales Administrator with exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of systems along with excellent communication skills to join out office in Netherton, Dudley. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions but also act on their own accord. The role will be to support Production in the releasing of drawing packs and job cards along with booking goods and general office duties. This position would suit someone who is looking for a varied, fast paced role who also has strong organisation skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing drawing packs to Production team and ensuring that all information is accurate for manufacture
  • Issuing job cards to Production
  • Booking receipt of goods and deliveries at multi sites.
  • Inputting timesheet data onto the system for job costing
  • General ad hoc duties within the office

Skills and Qualities

  • Works well under pressure
  • Organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Shop fitting background preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Sage Micross Logic preferred
  • Experience in administration
  • Experience in booking receipt of goods

The hours are based on a 39 hour week, Monday to Friday.

The role will require you to work from the office.

Start and finish times are; 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday – Thursday and 7:30am to 3:00pm on Friday. These hours may be flexible and will be discussed within the interview stage to suit the right candidate.
