Job Description

A well-established and fast-paced business consultancy that's currently going through a period of growth is seeking a driven, friendly, and confident Sales and Marketing Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis! This role is hybrid and part-time (20 hours a week) - you are required to visit their Paddington office once a month if based outside of London, and once a week if based within London.

Reporting to and working closely alongside the Strategic Account Director, you will be interacting with technical experts, clients, and consultants on a daily basis. You will be required to carry out cold-calling to prospective clients and customers, assist with creating presentations, carry out administrative work such as pulling and creating reports, updating records and accounts, and act as the first point of contact when the SAD is not in the office, and support with marketing and sales operations as and when required.

To be considered for this role you must be degree educated and have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and proven experience working with MS Office as well. This role would suit someone who comes from a customer service or call centre environment! If this business is pleased with your work, the role has scope to turn full-time after a year or so with progression opportunities based within the business too.
