Security Systems Engineer - Birmingham - £34,000 - £40,000 + Overtime, Benefits, Company Vehicle!
Our Client is a leading provider of sophisticated integrated systems for the global market, with an impressive track record of delivering complex projects for prestigious organisations across the public and private sectors. They are currently seeking an Electronic Security Systems Engineers to join their service division in several regions across the UK, including Worcestershire, South Wales, Bristol to Plymouth, Oxford, and surrounding areas.


As an Electronic Security Systems Engineer, you will be part of a team responsible for maintaining and servicing multi-disciplined systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Detection, Intruder Detection, Integrated Management Systems, and PC's. You will receive training through various means, including internal and external formal courses and mentoring, to provide you with the necessary skills to excel in this role.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first line Remedial Reactive service and Routine Maintenance activities to all company & third-party products in use in the local region.
  • Assisting in providing Commissioning and Installation support for Project Works when required.
  • Repairing, maintaining, and servicing systems in accordance with relevant company procedures, engineer instructions, and specific system specifications.
  • Ensuring that the client is satisfied with the installation, maintenance, and service visits before leaving the site and projecting a high level of Quality Customer Service always.
  • Being available for standby on a call-out rota as required within the team.
