Our client is seeking a highly competent Architectural Technician at Senior/ Project Lead level, capable of managing project demands while inputting into production of information, and assisting with BIM implementation, ideally holding 6+ years of experience.
Individuals should have good interest and appreciation of design, but technically strong, knowledgeable, and problem-solving ability across all disciplines and the ability to work independently/ with minimum supervision and co-ordinate a team. Should also have advanced skills in operating Revit.
This position would require the successful individual to perform a full range of professional, design and technical tasks including some complex assignments. May plan and direct projects in conjunction with senior colleagues.
Salary plus benefits are very competitive, with the option for a hybrid working pattern consisting of 2-3 days in office.
