Job Description

The role:

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of trust-based pension schemes to MT
  • Defining and agreeing project timelines, scheme design documents and asset mapping requirements across multiple workstreams
  • Managing multiple projects predominately in a digital environment using MS Teams, Zoom with a degree of face-to-face meetings.
  • Dealing with senior stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate when required

The requirements:

  • Experience of using project methodology and governance, drafting, and maintaining project documentation, MS project plans, project trackers and other project tools.
  • Strong DC workplace pension knowledge of trusts and MTs
  • Experience of complying with project governance
  • Experience of presenting at client presentations and sales pitches
  • Proactive mindset with leadership and negotiating skills
  • PRINCE2 qualification or other Project Management methodology
  • PMI qualifications
