This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Senior Lawyer to have an impact within our Asbestos team in Manchester.

This role will provide you with a platform for you to showcase your exceptional client care and communication skills, sound judgement, confident decision-making and significant legal knowledge and expertise.

As a Senior Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE, you will run a caseload which includes complex cases at the highest values. You will be responsible for running all aspects of the cases from initial interview to trial.

The opportunity will suit a confident and compassionate Senior Lawyer with a committed background of running a variety of personal injury claims, matched by a strong record of running complex cases.

You will be handling claims for asbestos related diseases such as mesothelioma, pleural thickening and lung cancer. Therefore, you will have a natural ability to provide legal services with a personal touch, demonstrating your care, understanding and sensitivity to clients.

An important element of the role involves mentoring and supervising other team members. Therefore, experience of this plus an enthusiasm for sharing knowledge & growing talent within the wider team is essential.

In addition to supporting the team, you will also have excellent networking skills, enabling you to nurture and develop relationships with clients and contributing towards business development.
