Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Premium Collection Brands, Europe will play a key role on the team with a focus on the brand management, development and growth of the Tribute Portfolio & Autograph Collection, working closely with the Senior Director, Collection Brands, EMEA and the Global and Continent Brand teams and assisting with brand management. The core responsibilities for the position include:

  • Growth – In conjunction with the Senior Director, Collection Brands, EMEA and development teams, ensure that the right hotels are considered for the Tribute Portfolio & Autograph Collection, this includes property visits to assist with Property Improvement Plans, educating potential owners on the benefits of joining the Marriott systems, and assisting with basic ROI analysis for determining the viability of partnership via the brand calculator tools.
  • Performance – Ensure existing and potential hotels in the Tribute Portfolio & Autograph Collection have a unique and defined brand positioning in alignment with the core Pillars of the brands. Work with Senior Director, Collection Brands, EMEA to source brand agencies capable of assisting hotels in developing their positioning. Assist in the execution of Continental brand strategic goals and ensure brand goals are achieved by working in close partnership with team members from development, CLS, sales, marketing and revenue management.
  • Provide assistance to Senior Director, Collection Brands, EMEA in the collation and execution of the required Brand Architecture documentation for existing and new Autograph Collection Hotels to ensure compliance with Experiential Assessment requirements.
