What's involved with this role:

Contract to start on 15-05-23 until 04-07-23 with a possible extension.

Key Duties:

Candidates need to have significant experience of working in adult social care at a senior level. They will have proven project management skills and experience of staff management. They will be familiar with the current CQC assurance framework and ideally have experience of managing inspections or peer reviews. This roles covers data, systems, policy and delivery and requires the ability to gather and analyse information from a variety of sources. Candidates will be able to present complex issues in a clear and concise manner using a variety of techniques both verbal and written. They will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels. They will have an understanding of our key partners, both across the clients and other agencies. This role will support home based working, but the worker must be able and willing to come to Brixton and the borough of Lambeth when required.
