Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major consultancy working on residential, commercial, Healthcare or Leisure Build projects across London.

We advise and support public and private sector clients with the delivery of complex, outcome-focused projects, building relationships based on understanding, integrity and collaboration.

Key responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Leadership skills necessary to direct and manage the project team having responsibility, under minimum supervision, delivering projects.
• Providing guidance and technical advice to different stakeholders, including effectively chairing meetings.
• Produce Analysis and Benchmarking Reports that promote value for money, and identify & define trends and cost drivers
• Support/lead tool development that integrates data, dashboards and outputs to represent unit cost analyses
• Liaise with cross-function teams to develop ideas for continuous improvement
• Assist in business development and/or account management activities.
• Proven track record to manage projects for or on behalf of local or national clients

Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:

• Industry applicable Qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Have an up to date and developing knowledge of a range of building contract forms including JCT.
• Experience as a quantity surveyor 3+ years
• Experience with a consultancy or main contractor

- £55,000 - £65,000 All in Salary
