Job Description
I have been instructed on an excellent opportunity for a Serious Injuries Fee Earner to join a well-established law firm's department based in their Nottingham offices. This position would suit a Chartered Legal Executive with previous experience of managing a complex and serious injuries claimant personal injury caseload.
My client is a successful private practice specialising in a multitude of practice areas. The Serious Injuries department has experienced an exciting period of expansion and look to bring an enthusiastic individual to help form an integral part of the team. Great career development, a discretionary bonus scheme and flexible working are all on offer with this progressive and forward-thinking law firm.
As a Serious Injuries Fee Earner, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, this will including predominately multi-track cases. From time to time, you can expect to be supervising the more junior members of your team. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and building new relationships with excellent client care skills.
You will be a Chartered Legal Executive with previous experience in managing an EL/PL and RTA caseload with upwards of 3 years' worth of experience. Ideally, you will have previous experience in serious injuries and multi-track work, although this is not essential and you will be highly organised with excellent time management skills and previous experience of meeting deadlines efficiently.
In return, my client can offer excellent bonus schemes, generous holiday allowance, pension scheme and more!
