We are now recruiting for an experienced At Your Service Associate Full time to join our five-star, luxurious boutique hotel. JOB SUMMARY

To answer and process all calls received through At Your Service (AYS) in a warm, friendly and courteous manner whilst adhering to standards. To be fully aware of the additional administrative duties within AYS. Be able to perform all duties of a telephone operator.

Speaks clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. Uses listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information. Answers incoming calls and directs them to guest rooms through the telephone console or to hotel personnel or departments.

Takes and distributes messages for guests, provides information on guest services, and answers inquires about public hotel events.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience working within a 5* hotel or similar environment preferred

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
  • Innovative
  • Pro-active, reliable and flexible
  • Able to work alone and within a team
  • Good command of the English language essential
