E-Zec Medial Transport Services have recently become the Demand Responsive Transport provider to the West of England Combined Authority serving the travelling public in this area.

Delivering a service with 29 vehicles, over seven days between 05.30 and 21.30 is a challenging and demanding task, and we’re looking for the right person to take us to the next level.

You will be working, or recently worked, in a bus environment in a minimum supervisory role, be TM CPC qualified (you will be expected to be named on the operator’s licence), and have experience of a fast moving transport operation.

Previous Experience and Personal Attributes:

• Recent experience of working in a public transport business delivering local bus services in a reactive manner.
• Supervision of lead drivers/team leaders.
• Day-to-day driver scheduling.
• Planning of staff rotas.
• Compliance with drivers hours regulations, UK domestic currently.
• Preventative maintenance planning and reactive defect repair.
• Operator’s licence compliance.
• Revenue protection.
• Understanding of the English national concessionary Fares scheme.
• Staff disciplinary matters to include complaint investigations and morale.
• Ensuring that all work tasks are carried out in compliance with the company health and safety, environmental and quality management systems.
• Site visits to carry out safety audits for employees and client policies and procedures
