Site Manager – High-End Residential

Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex

£45,000 - £50,000 + Package Negotiable

Information on the role

• Oversee & Manage Single Unit, Bespoke, High-End Residential properties
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
• Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification
• Track and report at weekly client update meetings
• Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
• Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained
• Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation
• Manage and maintain all H&S requirements

What we’d like from you

• Proven Site Management experience
• Previous High-End, Bespoke, Single Unit, Housing/Residential Knowledge & Experience
• SMSTS
• Scaffolding inspection qualification is desirable
• Self-motivated, friendly, sociable, and driven
• Willingness to drive to and mainly work on various sites
• Looking to grow with a company long-term
• Full driving license
• Commercially aware
