They are continually building on their established network of independent Health & Care clients and are frequently counted as amongst one of the best tams in the UK in this niche area of law. The successful candidate should have extensive experience in both Health M&A and standard M&A deals, an understanding of the independent health sector, alongside business development and management skills.
