We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Reading.
You will support the management of the catering operation on behalf of Sodexo and ensure the catering services are delivered at the exact requirement of our client. You will lead a high performing team of chefs and food service assistants, ensuring that all areas of the operation are working effectively across a five-day operation for breakfasts and lunch.

Main ResponsibilitiesYou will have a strong catering background and experience in managing and leading chefs and catering teams. It is essential that you have a pro-active attitude and can be flexible in relation to duties. The job also requires someone who can demonstrate that they have strong organisational and planning skills and have the ability to prioritise and manage their time effectively
