Job Description

The role of the Supervisor is to efficiently support the team and processing of all contact into the department within the service level standards, and to provide a quality service to our customers both internal and external.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to advisors for all incoming telephone calls within agreed standards of service, PI’s and KPI’s
  • Provide support to advisors for all incoming administration to be completed within agreed standards of service, PI’s and KPI’s
  • Provide support to other members of the team
  • Handle escalations efficiently to resolution.
  • Support the Team Managers, Line Managers and other Team Members with a positive attitude
  • Provide a quality service to customers both internally and externally
  • Adhere to the departmental schedules and Standard Operating Procedures, to include supervisory cover for the shift patterns, with a flexible attitude.

Skills and Experiences

  • 3 A Levels at grade C or higher or equivalent, including relevant experience.
  • A keen interest to work in a Contact Centre with high inbound call volume
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to work in an organised fashion
  • Ability to learn through experience or training an understanding of all departmental processes
  • Ability to work in a team displaying patience and a consideration of others needs
  • Ability to ask questions and use the information to help the customer and team
  • Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner
  • Ability to make decisions demonstrating loyalty, trust and professionalism at all times
