Seeking new support workers to join one of our teams in Cardiff

Full-time (37.5hrs a week) or part-time (from 25hrs a week)
Salary: £21,313.45 with a realistic earn up to annual salary of £27,385.08 PLUS company benefits
Early shifts, Late shifts and sleep-ins shifts

We can offer a range of shift patterns which can include Early shifts, Late shifts, Long days and Sleep In shifts.
The people we support have a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism and some complex health needs. At interview, we will consider your strengths and personality so we can be sure to match you with the needs and preferences of the people we support.
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives. You will also provide support with daily living skills, medication, personal care and mobility assistance, as required.
