£10.50 per hour / £45 per sleep-in shift

Who will I be supporting?

Three fabulous ladies aged in their 30s - 50s, who are supported to live independently
The ladies have learning disabilities and epilepsy and enjoy being out and about, going shopping, going to the cinema, visiting their friends and families, and one of the ladies enjoys travelling up North
They all love animals, and between them they have two cats, a rabbit and two guinea pigs who they care for mostly independently. It's important to them that their support team enjoy the company of animals too!
What will I be doing?

You will be supporting the ladies to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
You will also be supporting with administering medication (full training provided), and household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
The ladies are quite independent, but they do appreciate some kind and patient verbal prompts to complete their personal care routines
The ladies have access to their own car to make trips out and about more enjoyable for them, so it's essential that you have a full UK driving licence in order to be considered for their team
What shifts are available?

Shifts start at 11am one day and finish at 11am the following day with a sleepover shift from 11pm - 8am included (sleepover shifts are paid at £45 per shift and the hours don't count towards your contracted hours)
There are also day shifts from 10am - 5:30pm
We're ideally looking for people with flexibility to work a combination of these shifts on a rota basis across weekdays and weekends
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance
