St Martins is working in partnership with Together and Change Grow Live to provide support for individuals engaged with specialist drug and alcohol service across Norfolk.
The aim of the partnership is to provide a county wide team that will work together to develop comprehensive support plans regarding the housing & treatment needs of individuals struggling with substance misuse with a significant impact on their housing needs.
These roles will be fully embedded within the Norfolk Integrated Housing and Community Support Services (NIHCSS) across Norfolk.
