Pay Rate: Up to £20.71/hr Ltd Umbrella. AWR increase applied after 12 weeks; rate will increase to £32.32/hr Ltd Umbrella

Contract Position based at: Dunton

Position Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Tax Accounting Team for a leading OEM, responsible for the US GAAP and IFRS tax accounting for 8 NSCs (National Sales Companies).

The Tax Accounting Analyst will be working within the Accounting team which works closely with NSC's Accounting functions and the Office of Tax Counsel team ensuring Tax Accounting functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner to comply with the Accounting Finance Manual, US GAAP and IFRS Accounting requirements.

• Strong Financial & Accounting skills.
• Teamwork skills - ability to work well with diverse finance and non-finance teams.
• Strong communication skills - ability to work with a wide range of customers at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively with a controls mindset and ensuring process discipline.
• Proficient in the use of General Ledger systems and MS Excel.

Skills Preferred:

• Knowledge of OneSource Tax Application.

Experience Required:

• Strong Financial Accounting experience
• Understanding of Corporation Tax

Experience Preferred:

• Prior Tax Accounting experience is preferred but not essential.

Education Required:

• CIMA, ACCA qualification or equivalent.
