Exciting opportunity available within Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust (SHFT) to become part of a dynamic team, passionate about students and the quality delivery of a 0-19 Public Health Service.

We are looking for a Practice Teacher to support our Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) education programme, work with a variety of universities, and support the delivery of the service within 0-19 public health teams. Within this position you will support Health Visitor SCPHN students to become the leaders of our future public health workforce. The position is based in the South East of Hampshire.

You support the wider 0-19 service to ensure the right processes and procedures are in place to support students and staff, with their learning and development. If you have an interest in research, then we would welcome supporting you to explore this further.

We are looking for a qualified Practice Teacher and Health Visitor. If you are dynamic, motivated and passionate about children and young people, have a drive for supporting the delivery of public health to children and families, then this is the role for you.

This is a permanent post and will require 24 - 37.5hrs per week. The successful candidate must have a driving licence as travel across Hampshire will required at times.
