Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time (30 hrs per week) Patient Pathway Administrator/Team Secretary within the Acute Child Health care group at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital.
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person with a high standard of organisational skills to coordinate the patient journey by ensuring a proactive, comprehensive, streamlined administrative process which revolves around the patient and their individual needs. The post holder will need to have good computer and communication skills, as well as being a team player, have an ability to use their own initiative and work well under pressure.

Ensure a smooth process and compliance to National Cancer waiting time standards, National RTT compliance standard, diagnostic standards and any internal targets.
Ensure correct data capture and quality to support the care group in maximising the potential target and financial performance.
Work in a team based administrative service providing support for each other and ensuring continuity of the service.
