Home Based Telesales Executive – Small Business Accountancy

Part Time 25 Hours Per Week

10.00am - 3.00pm Monday - Friday

This means we are growing very quickly & we need someone who shares our obsession with offering 100% Client Satisfaction & who really wants to be a part of this exciting story.

We are looking for a sales professional to join our growing team; we are seeking candidates with experience in closing business who will continue to improve our sales figures whilst maintaining our high level of customer service.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with new and prospective clients alike. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality, a strong sense of business, a customer service mindset and a proven background as a sales professional.

Responsibilities:

• Make warm calls to up to 100 inbound leads per day
• To maintain a steady workflow through call backs, email enquiries etc.
• Present detailed product information to customers regarding our company and the products we sell.
• To explain the key accounting dates and requirements for a ltd company
• Build rapport with potential clients
• To look for new ways to increase company revenues

Experience/ Skills:

• Two years Telesales experience.
• Solid track record of closing deals over the phone.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and to hit targets.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
